As a turnaround specialist, I was brought in to address critical challenges within BrandRep. Within three months, I successfully:

  • Implemented a 32% workforce reduction (from 102 to 70), managing the process efficiently and minimizing legal risks.

Brought on to significantly grow a psychiatry group, the company wanted to grow, but didn’t know how to connect with potential patients.
 
  • Dramatically reduced client acquisition costs by 90% (from $100 to $10) while driving a 525% increase in monthly client visits (1,600 to 10,000).
  • Increased revenue nearly 5x (from $2.5M to $12M annually) with a lean $3,500 monthly marketing budget. (Met the customers where they are and how they want to be met).
  • When a local search was performed my client ranked #1, #2, and #3 in Google Maps (which is where 60% of web traffic went).
  • Grew website traffic from less than 300 views per month to over 17,000.

Restructure and Growth of Medical Services

Originally, a Rep Group “idea”, I was placed into a “commissioned marketing position”, so I had to learn how to connect with physicians to get their business.

  • Within months it was determined I should be the face of the company and put into simple/repeatable sales plans and offerings.
  • Rewrote all contracts, service agreements, and commission agreements.
  • Navigated and funded the company through a negative cash-flow period and made it profitable.
  • Oversaw the acquisition by a multi-billion healthcare company.
  • Stayed on board as the CEO and grew the company to $4-5 Million per month in billing.
  • Oversaw 60+ employees and consultants.
  • Through the acquisition, we inherited a $400,000 per month business unit, which I made profitable within 6 months.

Advisory Board Member To Public Companies

Consulted 12 reverse mergers and the creation of a Business Development Corporation (BDC), which also went public:

  • Brought on as a Marketing Consulting to reshape and reimagine brands “on a budget”.
  • Created all pitch decks, investor relations materials.
  • Wrote most of the agreements, which were often “rubber stamped” by SEC Attorneys.
  • Advised CEOs on restructuring and change management, as well as Securities Rules.
  • Raised more than $20 Million for companies personally.
  • Produced more than 50 national TV commercials, which aired on CNBC or national broadcast channels.

Six Sigma Operations Restructuring

Worked with Dendrite, the largest (at the time) CRM applications provider for 19 of the 20 largest pharma companies.
  • Restructured “day in the life” of their services to exceed Service Level Agreements (SLA), this restructuring saved over $1 Million per year.
  • Worked on a team to save the company a $27 Million client (Sanofi) from walking during migration. We eliminated and condensed processes to make actions simple and repeatable.
 

 

 

 

Ecommerce Marketing and Management

I have worked both as an Advisor and as an Ecommerce Entrepreneur putting my skills to the ultimate test.

  • Advised many large companies (Ecommerce revenue over $25 Million per year). Including Action Sports companies and Healthcare (Durable Medical Goods).
  • Managed Advertising budgets in excess of $200,000 per month.
  • Grew my own enterprise to over $2 Million per year of revenue within 2 years taking advantage of SEO holes in Ebay and Amazon.
 
 
 
 

The work I did for the public companies I managed was viewed by millions, generated millions of dollars of revenue and provided financing options for companies that were desperate for investments.

The projects I worked on earned myself a Black Belt in Six Sigma, saved the company millions by having a client continue stay on board, build trust, and create a lasting partnership.

This was one of the greatest experiences I had as I was forced to find solutions that directly effected my own pocket book. If I was successful I personally gained, if I was a failure I would lose everything. As a result of this experience I realized all business decisions are personal.
